SNAI Scholarship Application Guidelines
Important Instructions for Applicants:
Applicants are requested to carefully read and follow the instructions given below before applying for the scholarship:
Preparation of Documents
Before starting the online application, ensure that all required supporting documents are ready. All documents must be scanned clearly and saved in JPG or PDF format for uploading.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Only students from institutions that have paid the SNAI–TNAI membership subscription (₹2000 per student) are eligible to apply.
- Applications from institutions with pending subscription fees for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025 will not be considered.
2. Institutional Nomination
- Each institution can nominate only two applicants.
- The Principal is responsible for finalizing and approving the two candidates.
- The system will accept only two applications per course per institution.
3. Course-wise Eligibility
ANM Applicants:
- Only 1st-year ANM students of the concerned academic year are eligible to apply.
- Submission of Higher Secondary (or equivalent) marksheet is mandatory.
GNM Applicants:
- 2nd-year GNM students of the concerned academic year are eligible to apply.
- Submission of Board/State Nursing Council marksheets of the previous academic year is mandatory.
B.Sc. Nursing Applicants:
- 3rd-year B.Sc. (N) students of the concerned academic year are eligible to apply.
- Submission of university marksheets of the previous academic year is mandatory.
4. Mandatory Documents to be Uploaded
- ANM students: Higher Secondary (or equivalent) marksheet.
- GNM & B.Sc. Nursing students: State Nursing Council/Board/University marksheets of the previous year.
- Copy of the SNAI ID Card.
- Annual Family Income Certificate issued by a competent Government authority.
- Copy of the front page of the bank passbook (in applicant’s name).
- Cancelled cheque (in applicant’s name).
- Recommendation Letter from SNAI Advisor (in prescribed format). DOWNLOAD HERE
- Recommendation Letter from Principal/Head of Institution (on official letterhead, duly signed). DOWNLOAD HERE
5. Bank Details
Applicants must ensure that the bank details entered in the application form are accurate and match the uploaded documents. Any discrepancy may result in return of the scholarship amount to TNAI Headquarters.
