Before you start filling out the online scholarship application, please ensure you have all the necessary supporting documents ready. These documents should be scanned and saved in JPG or PDF format so they can be easily uploaded as required proof.

Documents Required for TNAI Scholarship:

1) Marksheet of GNM/P.B. B.Sc.(N)/ B.Sc.(N), as applicable.
2) Nurses & Midwives Council Registration Certificate.
3) Certificate of annual family income of the candidate from Competent Government authority.
4) Photocopy of TNAI Life membership card.
5) Bank pass book front copy or a crossed & cancelled cheque.
6) Aadhar card copy.
7) Format of recommendation letter from the principal DOWNLOAD HERE
*Recommendation by the Principal/Head of the Institution in the prescribed form on the letter head of the institution (to be scanned and uploaded)

Documents Required for SNAI Scholarship:

1) Marksheet of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination.
2) Certificate of annual family income of the candidate should be obtained from Competent Government authority.
3) Copy of front page of bank pass book or cancelled cheque.
4) Aadhar card copy.
5) Format of recommendation letter from the principal DOWNLOAD HERE
*Recommendation by the Principal/Head of the Institution in the prescribed form on the letter head of the institution (to be scanned and uploaded)
6) Format of recommendation letter from unit SNAI Advisor DOWNLOAD HERE
